21st March – Transport Futures: e-mobility and the decarbonisation of travel – Dr Richard Waller

With the climate crisis, urban air pollution and energy security constituting some of the most significant challenges facing society, a wholesale transformation to “e-mobility” is considered a solution of global relevance.

In exploring the carbon footprint of different modes of travel, and the opportunities and challenges associated with electrified transport, Dr Richard Waller from Keele University will explore the importance of becoming more “carbon literate” as we transition to a low carbon future.
